Wat Pho celebrated Chinese New Year on the year of goat.

The good time in the afternoon of 17 February 2015,15.09PM, the monk committee of Wat Pho enshrined the statue of Admiral Prince Abhakara Kiartivongse or “Sadet Tia” at the courtyard in front of The temple of Reclining Buddha with the sound of firecrackers. At 15.19PM, his venerable Phra Thep Veeraporn, the abbot of Wat Pho opened the Chinese New Year Festival 2015 and the Chinese lion parade gave some of the performance for celebration.
